  Gary Seaton BSc. (Hons), MSc. Independent Nurse Prescriber (Clinic Owner)

Thank you for stopping by! I'm Gary, I'm a Nurse Consultant and Nurse Prescriber, specialising in Aesthetic Medicine.  Born and raised in Carrickfergus, I live on the Antrim Coast, not far from Whitehead.  I've been a qualified registered nurse (RN)for almost 20 years now (Queens University, BSc. (hons) 2004, Masters from Kings College London 2011 and Independent Nurse Prescriber from University of Manchester 2021) and have worked at some of largest teaching hospitals in London and across the UK and Ireland. 

Two of my passions in life are making people feel better and being creative, whether that's in clinic or at home (I love painting, playing the piano and sewing). Aesthetic medicine allows me to combine both my creative and my clinical skills to give my patients the safest and most effective and natural results.  I'm gentle and considerate with how I treat my patients and enjoy finding out why they have come to see me. Understanding my patients reasons for wanting an aesthetic treatment, means I can understand what we want to achieve together.

I have to confess that I can be quite geeky when it comes to best practice, new research and the anatomy of the face and skin.  I'm often attending international training and conferences, learning new skills and being observed in my clinical practice to make sure I'm keeping up to date. I'm an active member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses, the Aesthetic Complication Experts Group World. I have trained in advanced aesthetics and complications management with a number of medical led academies in the UK and Ireland.  

My aim is to make any appointments with me relaxed, confidential and a safe space where you can discuss any concerns and ask questions. If we decide that a treatment isn't the best option or that I am not the best person to help with a concern, then I will always provide onward advice about the other treatment options.

When I'm not in my own clinic, I work as a Nurse Consultant within an NHS clinical service, teach fitness classes locally and enjoy walking my golden retriever along the Antrim Coast.
